In the new year, we reflect on 2022 and the tremendous partnership we’ve had. Together, we’ve improved the benefits experience for over three million people. As we look forward to 2023, we at TPA Stream only have one resolution: a renewed focus on you, our customers.
Over the last year, we’ve restructured our team and added more team members to better support our customers, so you and your team may see a few new faces. In response to customer requests, we’ve added enhanced functionality to our invoicing product including support for both Alegeus and WEX COBRA platforms, Account Funding support for CDH, and support for NACHA file generation for both CDH and COBRA.
In 2023, we’re focused on improving our customer communication (in addition to still adding new features).
We’re implementing structured company and product feedback, customer listening sessions, and updating the in-app experience to provide you with more real-time alerts and information you need.
We are confident that we’ll continue to be a valuable partner in your efforts to administer next-generation benefits in 2023 and beyond.
